Exchanges are accepted within fifteen days following the date of receipt of the package. Notice must be sent to info@murriatelier.com to obtain return authorization. Items must be unworn. For all exchanges, delivery costs are free in Canada.

We select our materials for their durability, their comfort, their aesthetic properties and for the conditions in which they were produced. We choose our suppliers based on their certificates and we work with our partner Bcome to study the origins and compliance with worker conditions. Most of our fabrics come from Italy or France. We also have products that come from the United States, especially cotton. Our pieces are cut and made in our workshop. And Murri Essentials are made in Canada or Portugal.

Our shoes are made in Spain, at our partner Les Chausseurs SL in Mallorca or at another partner manufacturer in Elx or Porto in Portugal.

Order processing normally between 2 and 5 working days.

In-store pickup at Atelier Murri - 68 rue Rachel in Montreal is available within 2 to 5 days.

Shipments by Canada Post on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Shipments by bike every day of the week - delivery within 24-48 hours once the order has been processed.

We try to process orders as quickly as possible. If your order is urgent, contact us during your purchase! :)

If you choose to pay in store this is done during pick-up in store. The order will be kept for 72 hours. If you can't come first, send us a little message.

In Canada, delivery is free for orders of $120 before taxes and more.

International shipments are sent with Canada Post. Delivery is free for orders of $160 and more.

If the product does not suit you or does not fit you, you can request an exchange (free of charge) or a refund (transport costs at your expense). You can also request an exchange voucher which will be increased by +10% if you choose this option instead of reimbursement.
